Marcella McCoach , Age: 85
August 17, 1937 - June 26, 2023

Loved by so many, a blessing to even more, and missed
by all, Marcella (Marcy) Rose McCoach Houseman went
to be with the Lord on June 26, 2023 at 2:30 AM. She was
certainly greeted by her parents and all her siblings.
She was born in Louisville, KY on August 17, 1937, being
the seventh child. She came out to Seattle, WA in 1955 to
live with her older brother Don Casey. In 1957, she had her
first daughter Liz Detloff.
In 1959, she married Allen K. Woehl and they moved to
Olympia, WA. Allen preceded her in death in 1975. She
had two kids in that marriage Tammy M. Donohue
and Kenneth D. Woehl. Her son Kenneth preceded her in
death in 2004.
In 1980 she married Johnny H. Mccoach and he preceded
her in death in 2002. Johnny had recently retired and they
were becoming snow birds between Olympia, WA and
Apache Junction, AZ.
In 2004 she then married Silas Houseman and he was by
her side everyday being a lovely, devoted husband.
Left here with the memories of a beautiful life, her faith
gave her strength in Christ. She is survived by her two
daughters Liz Detloff (Dan) of Snohomish and Tammy Donohue
(Mike) of Olympia.
She is also survived by her grandchildren Meggie and Sara.
Also survived by her great grandchildren Rebecca, Dan Jr, Lauren,
Jacob, Rylie, Charlie and Brock. She preceded in death by
Great grandson Jacob Detloff.
Her Father Willie Casey and her mother Anna Condor
preceded her in death. All of her siblings preceded her
in death including three sisters, Agnes Milliner, Catherine
(Sis) Milliner and Margaret Milliner and, three brothers,
Donald Casey, Robert Casey and Cornelius Casey. All of
whom resided in Kentucky.
Think of her as your past, but also think of her as your future.
A small celebration of life will be held sometime this summer
with family.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to The Leukemia Foundation
or The Dementia Foundation.
