Dave was born in Klamath Falls, OR, he was 69.  Dave passed away peacefully at home in Olympia, WA, surrounded by family.  Dave can be described as a wonderful, caring and loving husband of 24 years to Mirna Rackleff (wife).  Also, a loving father, grandfather to "ALL" his kids, including his wife's (Christian and Lesley), who helped care for him for the past three years.  Dave was a proud Army Vietnam Veteran, he lived in many places, but Washington was home.  Dave's passion was his family, music, his Scottish heritage and above all, his relationship with God. Dave earned his wings and is now in heaven playing his beautiful music for God.
