Elaine M. Parker, 63, was born in Brooklyn, New York to Marion and Melvin Jones on December 05, 1958. She died in Olympia, WA on July 14, 2022. 

Elaine earned Bachelors and Masters degrees, with a focus on Psychology. She worked as a paraeducator in the North Thurston School District. She was an advocate for the less fortunate, was always helping others, loved cooking, Bible study, and motherhood. She was a member of the Church of Living Water.

She is survived by sons, Andre M.D. Parker and Gregory J. Parker; brothers, Raymond McIntosh and Robert McIntosh; sisters, Yolanda Jones and Ruthie McIntosh; and 3 grandchildren.

She is preceeded in death by brother, Melvin Jones, Jr.
