Additional Information: Charles Richard Skillman, 70, was born to Charles and Marrianne Skillman on November 25, 1951 in Olympia, WA. He died on June 22, 2022 in Olympia, WA. He graduated from North Thurston High School in 1970 and served in the US Navy from 1971-1977. He took pride in his military service and served proudly on the Henry Clay. He married his wife, Debora (Schofield) Skillman on February 03, 1973 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. During his life Charles worked at Bremerton Naval Ship Yard and as a logger. He loved to read, watch any kind of racing, and tinkering with tractors in his shed. He was a member of the Early Day Gas Engine & Tractor Association. He is survived by his wife, Debora Skillman; daughters, Jenny Rebecca Johns (Bill), Emily Gale Skillman (Gary Covy); brothers, Stephen Skillman and Joseph Skillman; sister, Mai Skillman; and granddaughter, Ella. A Celebration of Life is planned for July 16, 2022 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at 1228 Rockcress Dr. SE, Olympia, WA 98513.
